Child Safety Standards

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

MeetYouLive, operated by MEETYOULIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, without limitation: grooming of minors, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion of minors, sex trafficking of minors, sexual solicitation directed at minors, and the creation, publication, hosting or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited on MeetYouLive in any form, including text, images, video, audio, live streams or calls, and regardless of whether the content is real, simulated or computer-generated.

Child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming and any promotion, assistance or facilitation of these activities, on or off the platform, are strictly prohibited.

2. An 18+ platform

MeetYouLive is intended exclusively for people 18 years of age or older. Creating an account, streaming, calling or otherwise using MeetYouLive is not permitted for anyone under 18.

This Child Safety Standards page does not replace or reduce our separate age-eligibility and account-verification requirements; it is an additional layer focused specifically on preventing and responding to CSAE and CSAM.

3. How to report a concern

Report concerns using available profile, live or video reporting tools, or email meetyoulive@gmail.com with the subject "Child Safety". Include the relevant URL, account and description; do not download, attach or redistribute suspected CSAM. Not every feature has its own report button; use email when a reporting tool is unavailable.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then use MeetYouLive's in-app reporting or the Child Safety contact below.

4. What happens after a report

When MeetYouLive becomes aware of possible CSAE or CSAM, we review the report, and take action on the related content and accounts as appropriate, which may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or permanently closing accounts.

We remove content that appears to be illegal where applicable, and we preserve relevant information when we are legally required to do so. We do not commit to a specific review or response timeframe, since the appropriate handling depends on the facts of each report.

5. Cooperation with authorities

When applicable law requires it, MeetYouLive must report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, including CSAM, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline or to the competent authorities, and preserve information as legally required. These obligations do not depend on a court finding or our confirming the material first.

Handling and legally required notifications require human action. This policy does not claim automated detection, an automated NCMEC reporting integration, or guaranteed monitoring of every interaction. Users may also report concerns directly at https://report.cybertip.org.

MeetYouLive is not formally affiliated or partnered with NCMEC, and does not use NCMEC's name or logo to imply such a relationship; references to NCMEC above describe a legal reporting channel, not a partnership.
